Scheduling
Scheduling allows you to arrange your assets to display when you want them to. You can arrange your content to display by date range, timeframes, or on a recurring basis.
Player Management
Signagelive allows you to preview content scheduled on your player from the past, present, and future. Managing players can be done completely remotely without the need to be on-site.
Widget Marketplace
The Signagelive Marketplace includes a range of free content that any Signagelive user can download with no limitation. Content within the Signagelive Marketplace include BBC, YouTube, social media widgets, calendar integration apps, countdown clocks, weather widgets and many more.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitoring your players’ behaviour allows administrators to check players’ health and connection status. Monitoring also allows administrators to configure when players reboot and turn on and off. Signaglive Reports allow you to view and export reports based on activity by your Players and Users. Signagelive also enables a greater depth of analytics around asset playback which allows you to know whether your media has been played and how many times.
Proactive Monitoring
This active monitoring tool allows you to receive notifications about your network via SMS text or email when you’re not watching your Signagelive dashboard. Alerts can be set up for events such as the content you published not reaching the players you sent it to, or if players on your network fail to connect within the parameters defined for your network.

The innovative heat sink fins efficiently dissipates heat, ensuring the media player stays within its optimal temperature range. Not only does this make it suitable for continuous 24/7 use by preventing overheating, it also vastly optimises overall performance.
Multiple AV Outputs
The Android Media Player features a varied output interface. There is a HDMI output which is capable of 1080p resolution output. For ultimate flexibility the Android Media Player features VGA and 3.5mm AUX outputs when using older displays.

ARM’s Midgard GPU architecture offers significantly higher performance than previous chips whilst supporting the latest graphics APIs for smooth and impressive graphics along with wide support for the latest feature sets.
Ultimate Connectivity
As well as featuring Wi-Fi and RJ45 Ethernet connectivity the Android Media Player can also be upgraded to allow for 4G connectivity.
Web Triggers
Web Triggers allow you to interrupt your regularly scheduled content for a period of time or until a different (or the same) trigger is pushed. These triggers can come from anything connected to the web that can interact with our Web Triggers API, for example a Lift and Learn platform to compare products in a retail store. Web Triggers are also perfect for things like immediate global notification or emergency messaging.
SSO*
SSO or Active Directory allows you to control your user’s access to different platforms in one location. Signagelive is capable of connecting with either OneLogin, Okta, AzureAD or PingFederate. *SSO is an additional product unless a professional tier licence has been purchased.
Approvals
Approvals allow you to create user groups who can approve or deny new content when being uploaded by a user who requires approval. Once the content is approved, it can then be used within a playlist.
